Scott leads every project from the first consultation through final completion. As a licensed Tennessee General Contractor (BC-A), he oversees estimating, preconstruction planning, project execution, and quality control. His favorite part of every project happens before construction ever begins: helping homeowners understand their options and make decisions they'll still be happy with years from now.
With more than ten years of design experience, Libby helps homeowners transform ideas into detailed renderings and immersive 3D visualizations that let them experience their renovation before construction begins. Clients often tell us Libby has an incredible ability to listen carefully, understand their vision, and bring it to life in ways they hadn't imagined.
Emma manages the operational systems that keep projects organized, communication flowing, and important details from being overlooked, overseeing accounting, Buildertrend administration, scheduling support, and client communications. She personally verifies that every subcontractor carries the appropriate licenses, insurance, and qualifications before work begins.
Once construction begins, Dustin becomes your day-to-day point of contact, coordinating material deliveries, scheduling specialist trades, managing the construction timeline, and keeping every moving part working together efficiently. His punctuality, discipline, and calm approach keep the jobsite organized instead of overwhelming.
